Did you ever have an injury from training?
Ever had bigger problems with something, like the lower back?
The only things I had were little things, like pain in the biceps, pain in palm of the hand etc..
Thanks god I've never had something serious, like a torn muscle.

ReplyDeletethe only thing i have is a golf elbow, except i got it from basketball lol
ReplyDeleteAlways shoulder pain, but it goes away within a few days. Nothing serious.
ReplyDeleteI got several inhjuris on my knee from basket :c feels batman
ReplyDeleteRight now I'm still sore from a work out I did in my Monday weight training class. I get to go back today and do another work out! Its gonna suck! lol.
ReplyDeleteI heard that you should stretch first before you do any workouts no matter what it is or else you get injured, as you said. But being sore is normal part especially when doing hard core muscle training, thats why you need recovery. G.
ReplyDeleteDo me a favor, and talk about more stretching and stuff.
SORRY ABOUT THE CAPSLOCK
ReplyDeleteJUST RETURNING A FAVOR AND COMMENTING BACK WITH MORE CAPSLOCK

ReplyDeleteNever really had anything bad happen. I had two concussions. lol.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info man. Trying to get back into the gym and this is good to know.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine, who's almost an addict to training (though no matter how much he trains and suppliments he takes, he doesn't "look" much stronger except his biceps which is getting huge, other than that, he's tall but skinny as hell)
ReplyDeleteWell, one day powerjogging during winter, he slipped on ice hidden by snow and banged his head bad. For a week he doesn't know or remember what happened after that. He didn't even know why he was in the hospital when he "snapped out of it".
Even to this day he's pretty freaked out by the incident.
I got back problems from trainig, asked help at gym and turned out it was my own fault!
ReplyDeletealmost doslocated my shoulder, heard it´s worse than really dislocate it, made a horrible sound and couldn´t train for weeks :/
ReplyDeleteNothing yeat, but i dont do much, so :P

ReplyDeleteI was doing squats when I heard something pop in my back. After putting the 180 lbs back on the rack, I went to pick up my backpack and found I couldn't lift it off the floor.
ReplyDeleteFelt bad, man.
No pain no gain.
ReplyDeleteAn interesting story is that an injury from football actually cured my locked jaw! It hurt like hell for a week but an elbow to the face did what doctors could not.
