What's your favorite exercise? What do you like the most? And what do you like about it? The pain? The pump? That you can use much weight? That you're good in it?
I personally love and hate squats at the same time. They wreck you. They kill you. But I love the pain. I love , that you can't walk straight afterwards. I'm not that huge, and I can not squat that much, no powerlifter.
My personal best was 180kg*5, but that was over a year ago and I'm on a good way to beat that, 160*6-8 at the moment.
