The Mr.O 2010!

Although this blog is about staying fit, building muscle and not about the bodybuilding scene, I find it interesting to see what happens in Vegas each year.

There seems to be a big competition this year. What do you think? Who will make it? Cutler again, or Greene, maybe Martinez or Winklaar? What about the big bad Wolf, that couldn't show his potential last year?

    Not really related to the competition, but im doing an EC stack, What are your thoughts on that? Im really just doing it to aid my weight loss so I can have a six pack. I guess you can say its the easy way out, but I am in college and there is not really enough time for me to be going running everyday for an hour.

    body building is over rated. Why dedicate your life to just working out. Run 3 miles everyday and you'll be fine, supporting

    I never understood body building either. I can understand being /fit/ and looking good, but it seems to much of a macho sport for me. I like to build my muscle from rock climbing, it's hell fun and works you pretty good.
