...to get shredded!
In one of my previous posts I explained, that I do intuitive eating, i.e. eating without a strict plan.
But in my life, I tried about 10 different diets. Atkins, Metabolic Diet, No Fat diet, ...
Whats your favorite diet? Whit what did you cut the biggest ammount of fat?
When I do a little cutting, I just lower the carbs. Again, there's no strict plan. I just remove some of the carbs and try to eat more protein.
Anyone tried a really freaky diet like the warrior diet (1 big meal a day)?
Tell me your experiences!
i need to follow this advice :(
ReplyDeleteI just cut back on soda and that helps tons! but this weight training class i go to twice a week really helps also.
ReplyDeleteI can eat anything I want and not gain weight. I love it :D
ReplyDeleteVery nice!

U can eat but u need to exercise . Any kind of sport that makes u move for at least 1 hour is enough for your health.
ReplyDeleteSupporting great ideas.
not suck experiences but supportin you
ReplyDeleteOver the last two months I've been doing atkins (no flab, mind you) while doing weights and cardio. I've had amazing results!
ReplyDeleteCool story bro, <3
ReplyDeletelol cool story
ReplyDeleteThe only weirder diet I've tried was the keto diet. It was a bitch to avoid carbs five days a week, and then I'd end up pigging out Sat and Sun.
ReplyDeleteNowadays though, I just worry about what I eat as far as quality and quantity go, cut the soda, cut the fast food, and that's already 70% of the job right there.
i just follow more calories burned vs consumed... you'll lose weight
ReplyDeleteCurrently on a modified P90x diet. Been on it, for like 3 weeks, and feel pretty good. I'm not gonna stop.
ReplyDeleteno diet ... just speed up your metabolism with more exercise
ReplyDeleteyour blog is coming along nicely
ReplyDeletetrying to get more chiseled myself.
ReplyDeleteJust subscribed to your blog. I'll thank you when I finally transform into the hulk.
It's all about the exercise, as long as you eat enough varied food it's all good.
ReplyDeleteno diet !!
ReplyDeleteI've never had to diet in my life, even after eatin all of mommas cooking lol. A few of my buddies are real fitness junkies tho, I'll tell em about yah!
ReplyDeleteI don't really have a specific diet, just sticking to organic food mainly
ReplyDeleteAnd drinking like 5 or 6 big classes of water everyday, making sure I have one of those right after I wake up
thx for u're support ..
ReplyDeletehear is my daily love XD
warrior meal is ok tryed it for about a month but i had alot less energy but i did lose some weight like your blog bro hope you like mine
ReplyDeleteAtkins worked the best for me man, but regular exercise is important too.
ReplyDeleteI slip everytime I try to diet. Each diet only lasts me a couple weeks or so.
ReplyDeleteyour blog motivates me to get out and work out~ thx
ReplyDeleteI dont think there's any secret. Healthy, natural food and excercise.
ReplyDeleteI have special cream puffs you can use as a substitute for most "protein bars." Just use a high protein containing cream/milk/flour(hard to find) and voila! Use something low-sugar in the ganache and you're set! Less sugar, more protein! teehee
ReplyDeleteThe pizza and bear diet FTW =D
ReplyDeletesupporting

ReplyDeleteI usually don't eat during the day and then have a big dinner.
not very healthy
I work out a lot, there's truth in this :)
ReplyDeleteawsm stuff!
ReplyDeleteLow fat, high protein, high fiber, low carbs. low to no sugar (too bad everything has sugar in it nowadays's), mostly all home-cooked.
ReplyDeleteI just don't eat sweets and junk food. I'm fine that way ^^
ReplyDeleteI do before breakfast cardio (with a scoop of whey 20 mins beforehand) to keep myself shredded. I have jacked fibras year round bro.
ReplyDeletedon´t need a diet, i have problems to gain mass -_-
ReplyDeleteGodd advice, thanks.
ReplyDeleteI did the ulta-protein.
ReplyDeleteIf you exercise a lot, you will stabilize your weight, but increase the muscle mass...
Used to do the 4,6,8 diet when I needed to slim down. Works out but at what cost haha.
ReplyDeletethe only thing i do close to a diet is not eating fast food. ill have something fried here or there, mainly because i like it and if i really cut down on it, i know my stomach will have no tolerance for it.
ReplyDeleteI also did the entire p90x workout program with protein recovery. got some really nice tone and in the best shape ever.. shit works!
